Carmen D. Díaz has work with health and fitness since the age of 17, to positively influence people of all ages by cultivating mind, body and soul. Founder of Chiqui-Yoga at her home land Puerto Rico, a company that offers children yoga classes combining art, creative movement and other disciplines with the objective of disseminating the practice of yoga in education. Now relocated in Oakland, California she wants to keep spreading the peace and love into the hearts of the little ones.
