Through activities such as arts and crafts, dance, games, and stories, children adopt yoga as something natural, taking conscience of their body as they learn to relax. Yoga is a great start for a happy and healthy adulthood. This class promotes a healthy holistic development to cultivate body, mind and spirit through yoga practice.
“Hablemos español”, our yoga professor is fully bilingual and promotes the use of Spanish as a second language. We also emphasize a healthy diet in order to boost the benefits of yoga. For ages 4 to 11.
